Lead the development and operationalization of the content strategy and editorial governance of SAP’s governing resource center and thought leadership blog. Implemented best practices in design, information architecture (including tagging and taxonomy), SEO-driven content (including AEO/GEO), and customer-centric content strategy.

Responsible for the editorial calendar, publication, continued optimizations in design and content architecture, gap analysis, and performance analysis.

Content resources were integrated as a "headless" experience, where topic-focused subsites were integrated into the product portfolios. This is an example of how content on the topic of human capital management was accessed.
Navigation of the resource center is headless

There were 11 topics in all (including AI, ERP, data, customer experience, etc. Within each main topic, there were clusters of subtopics. This topic architecture was aligned to SEO research and the company's value proposition across products.
